William Christopher Richardson, 55, of Granite Falls passed away Friday, November 28, 2025, at Frye Regional Medical Center.
William was born February 11, 1970, in California to Ellen Bowman.
William was a loving father who cherished spending time with friends, making money, working on and detailing his car, and enjoying the freedom to live life his own way. Food was one of his great joys—Sundrop, hamburgers, pie, PB&J sandwiches, Alanna’s lasagna, ice cream, and cereal. Louie loved to put down some food, and everyone who ever shared a meal with him knew it. He enjoyed music as well, especially listening to Jelly Roll, whose songs spoke to him in ways that words often couldn’t. Among William’s greatest accomplishments was his open testimony that he loved Jesus. In his final days, he experienced a powerful spiritual reawakening, realigning his heart with God. He spoke with peace, no longer afraid of death, confident in his salvation, and fully aware of where he was going when his time came. His family finds comfort in knowing he left this world with clarity, courage, and unwavering faith. To know him was to remember him loud, bold, funny, loyal, and full of life. William “Louie” Richardson leaves behind a legacy of respect, love, and unforgettable stories. He is deeply missed, forever loved, and will always be remembered as a true legend.
Those left to cherish his memories include his Children Ryan, Brandy Mia, Christopher Coty and Christopher Jayden. Also Surviving are his grandchildren Corey Gray and Aleah Faye.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday December 6, at 2:00 O’clock inside the chapel of Mackie Funeral Service and Cremations.
