Terry Michael Stewart

Terry Michael Stewart, 49, of Granite Falls passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at his home.

Terry was born October 12, 1975 in Caldwell County to Mr. Fred Allen Stewart and the late Linda Faye Austin. He worked as a truck driver.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Julia Stewart.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Makayla Stewart of Lenoir, and Zebulon Stewart and wife Rachael of Hickory; grandchildren, Laya Wyke, Easton Wyke, and Weston Wyke; and siblings, Elesa Reese and husband Michael of Newton, Robert Stewart of St. Louis, MO, Raelynne Byers and husband Shamar of Shelby, and Shanda Eddy of Lenoir.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 2:00PM to 3:00PM at Mackie Funeral Service.

A funeral service will follow at 3:00PM in the Chapel of Mackie Funeral Service with Rev. Johnnie Chambers officiating.
