Susan DeHeart Ollis, 68, of Taylorsville passed away March 16, 2026 at Catawba Valley Medical Center.
Susan was born June 27, 1957 in Richmond, VA, to the late JC and Edna DeHeart. She was a loyal and dedicated employee of Shuford Mills for over 36 years. In her retirement, she enjoyed spending time with her beloved dog, Ringo; and her husband, Danny of over 50 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Pam; brother, David DeHeart; and two great-grandbabies, Nevaeh Austin and Preston Harrold.
Susan leaves behind a sister, Pat Blanchard (Jeff); husband, Danny Ollis; son, Josh Ollis; daughter, Angela Henry (Danny); seven grandchildren, Logan Ollis, Dannie Austin, Bryson Austin, Zackary Austin, Samantha Ollis, Makayla Ollis, and Jeremiah Ollis; and two great-grandchildren, Allison Harrold and Braxton Rich.
The family will be hosting a private memorial.
