Stanley Dean Williams

Stanley Dean Williams, 68, of Granite Falls, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday August 26, 2026 at his residence, following a lengthy illness.

Stanley was born on September 27, 1957 in Caldwell County to the late Fritz Allen Williams and Mary Smith Williams. He was employed by Ethan Allen Furniture for over 30 years as a truck driver. He will be deeply missed by his family and those who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings; Allen Williams, Juanita Warlock, and Elvetta Rice.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Sheila Eckard Williams of the home; his sons, Eric Dean Williams and Stanley Keith Williams; his grandchildren, Arica Williams Walsh, Austin Williams, Bryson Williams and Nora Williams.

In accordance with his wishes, no formal services will be held.
