Nancy Tramble, 78, of Granite Falls, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2026.
Born August 1, 1947, in Hickory, North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Clyde and Frances Keller.
Nancy graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne College in Hickory, an accomplishment that marked the beginning of a life filled with dedication to others and a passion for beauty and kindness.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ronald Fowler and Steven Tramble, who were cherished parts of her journey.
Nancy’s love for gardening was unparalleled. She had an extraordinary talent for creating breathtaking gardens that showcased nature’s beauty in every season. Her expertise was evident not only in her own gardens but also in the advice she generously shared with others.
Nancy’s peonies were legendary; she often gifted bouquets to brighten someone’s day. Her creativity extended beyond the garden as well – she crafted stunning wreaths that adorned her door and she regularly made them for Poovey’s Grove Baptist Church.
A woman of deep faith and compassion, Nancy believed wholeheartedly in giving back to others. She sought no recognition or reward for her acts of kindness; instead, she found joy in making a difference in the lives of those around her. Whether it was offering a hug, delivering a meal, sharing a flower arrangement, or saying a heartfelt prayer, Nancy’s generosity knew no bounds. Her selflessness touched countless lives and left an indelible mark on her community.
Nancy’s memory will forever bloom like the gardens she so lovingly tended – a testament to the beauty she brought into this world through her actions and spirit.
May those who knew Nancy find comfort in remembering her warmth and generosity during this time of loss.
