Julie Annie Keller Clontz, 59, of Lenoir, passed away the 28th day of May, 2026 at UNC Caldwell in Lenoir following a period of declining health.
She was born on December 17, 1966 in Caldwell County to Martha Anne Brown Keller Weaver and the late Robert Thomas Keller. She was a member of Resurrection Hope Church of God in Lenoir, where she was a member of the church choir, a leader of the Highways & Hedges meetings, and assisted with the Angel Food Ministry and assisted in cleaning the church fellowship hall. Julie was a graduate of South Caldwell High School, class of 1986 in Granite Falls, and she worked in environmental services for over 13 years at Caldwell UNC Healthcare, and four years at A.J.’s Steakhouse in Hudson and Lenoir. Most importantly, Julie was a homemaker and the demonstration of her love for her family and for the Lord was a very important part of her life.
Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Daniel Clontz of the home; her daughter, Brandimae Clontz Letson and fiancé Delbert of Merrill, MI; her mother, Martha Weaver of Boone; one identical twin sister, Jamie Keller of Goldsboro; another sister, Teresa Edmisten of Burke County; one granddaughter Taylor Adenau Parker of Georgia; two grandsons, Nathaniel Davis and Allen Davis; also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held and announced at a later date at Resurrection Hope Church of God.
