Janice Sue Smith

Mrs. Janice Sue Smith, 76, of Connelly Springs went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday October 20, 2026, at her residence.

Janice was born on February 19, 1950, in Middlesboro Kentucky to the late Robert Leonard Hoskins and Mary Delana Harrell. Janice was a loving and caring woman who found joy in the simple, beautiful things in life. She had a special love for painting and drawing, using her creativity to express herself and bring beauty into the world around her. She also had a deep affection for animals and treasured the companionship of her beloved pets. Flowers brought her happiness, and she appreciated their beauty and the peace they represented. Above all, Janice cherished her family, who meant the world to her and held a special place in her heart. Her faith was also an important part of her life, and she found comfort and strength in her Baptist church and in her relationship with the Lord. Janice will be remembered for her loving spirit, her creativity, her faith, and the love she shared with those around her. Her memory will forever bloom in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
