Florence "Libby" Bates

Florence “Libby” Triplett Bates, 69, of Sawmills passed away Monday, October 13, 2025 at College Pines Health and Rehabilitation following a period of declining health.

Libby was born September 7, 1956 in Caldwell County to the late William Triplett and Odena Brown Annas. She was a member at Dry Ponds Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish her memory include her brother, Ron Triplett and wife Linda of Sawmills.
