David Isaac Pearson

David Isaac Pearson, 70 of Granite Falls passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.

David was born October 2, 1955, in Burke County to the late Benjamin and Lena Rhodes Pearson.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years Mrs. LaMyra Vaughan Pearson of the home and a son and daughter in law, Ben Isaac Pearson (Katelyn) of Monroe, NC. Sister and Brother-in-law; Marsha Feldman (Mark) of Georgia. Brothers and sisters-in-law; Mike (Bonita) of NC and Jim (Debbie) of NC. Also, several nieces and nephews.

David was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and searching for arrowheads. A collector of antiques, avid and successful gardener with a passion for reading.

In Lieu of flowers the Pearson family respectfully requests that donation be made to the Dudley Shoals food pantry.

Mackie Funeral Service and Cremation is serving the Pearson family.
