Brenda Bowman Lambert

Brenda Bowman Lambert, 55, of Hudson, passed away at Frye Regional Medical Center following a long period of declining health on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

Brenda was born on February 18, 1970, in Caldwell County to the late Jack Bowman and Deborah Icard.

In addition to her mother and father, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Tyler Lamber, and daughter, Megan Lambert.

Brenda Lambert, a woman of deep Christian faith, touched the lives of all who knew her. Known for her warm heart and generous spirit, Brenda had a special gift for making everyone feel like family. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine love for others left a lasting impression on countless people. Brenda formed meaningful friendships wherever she went, offering comfort, encouragement, and unwavering support. Her presence brought joy, and her words often brought peace. To know Brenda was to feel truly seen and deeply valued. Her legacy is one of faith, love, and connection, a beautiful testament to a well-lived life. Brenda leaves behind an enduring mark on this world, a trail of goodness and grace that will not be forgotten.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Michael Lambert of Hudson. Her daughters: Amber Lambert Shield and Husband John of Granite Falls, and Kayla “Lambert” Barnett of Granite Falls. Sisters: Barbra Baker and husband Steve of Lenoir, Amanda Cole and Chris of Statesboro, GA, and Tiffany Hensley of Lenoir. Her grandchildren are Ethan Hart, Kinley Barnett, Tyler Roberts, Aarilyn Barnett, Malik Ellerbee, Lillian Smith, and Emmory Lambert. Also surviving are Numerous Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11, at 3:00PM inside the Chapel of Mackie Funeral Service with the Jewel Patterson and Barrie Hensley officiating.
